Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the M88 platform and its related services (the Service). By accessing the Site or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotions terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The English version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with translations.

Eligibility and Registration

• The Company may request identity and age verification at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide verification documents may result in suspension or closure of the account.
• Politically Exposed Persons and customers from high risk jurisdictions may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and additional documentation, including sources of income.
• You appoint the Company as a data controller for the purposes of account verification and anti money laundering checks. You consent to the processing of your information as required to verify identity and comply with legal obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third party deposits are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
• The minimum deposit amount for funding the account is set by the Company and disclosed in the deposit interface. Minimum withdrawal amount is 20.00, subject to verification and payment method used.
• Maximum withdrawal limits apply per 24 hours, per 7 days and per month as published in the Service. The Company may adjust limits at its discretion for risk management.
• Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment method chosen. Bank transfers typically take 2 to 5 business days; e-wallet and card withdrawals may take up to 48 hours after processing; additional verification can extend timelines.
• Source of funds checks may be requested for large deposits or unusual activity. You may be required to provide supporting documentation to demonstrate the origin of funds.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend, review or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Promotions and Bonus Terms

Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate terms and conditions. Eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, maximum winnings from bonuses and other restrictions are defined in the applicable Bonus Terms. The Company may modify, suspend or withdraw promotions at its discretion, including if there is suspected abuse or a breach of these Terms.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activity

• You must use the Service for lawful purposes and in good faith. You shall not exploit system vulnerabilities, engage in cheating, collusion, or manipulation, or take actions that negatively affect the integrity of the Service.
• You must not impersonate another person, disclose another user’s information, or engage in harassing or unlawful conduct.
• You shall not resell or transfer your account, nor attempt to purchase an account from another person.
• You agree not to use automated systems or bots to place bets or interact with the Service unless explicitly authorised by the Company.

Security, Passwords and Account Protection

• You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including transfers and bets placed using your credentials.
• Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. The Company is not liable for losses arising from third party access where you failed to maintain password secrecy.

Intellectual Property and Software Licence

The Software, Services and all Content provided on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control for the sole purpose of accessing and using the Services. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Software without prior written consent. You may not install the Software on a server or networked device for access by multiple users.

Account Management and Monitoring

• The Company may close or suspend any account without prior notice for any reason including breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or violations of applicable laws or regulations. Where possible, the Company will provide notice and the ability to rectify issues before action is taken.
• We may require additional information or documentation to verify identity, age or address, and we may suspend wagering or restrict account options until such information is received and verified.
• All balances in a closed or suspended account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s policy. Unpaid winnings may be forfeited in certain circumstances.

Disputes, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as is, where is basis. The Company makes no warranties of any kind regarding the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, data loss or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. The Company's total liability for a breach of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of money you have deposited in your account during the twelve months preceding the claim, or the maximum permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
